Dr. Krishna Vijay Kumar Singh is an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in the Department of Computer Applications at SMIT. He holds M.Tech degree in Computer Science (2011) from SMIT, Majitar, East Sikkim. He received his doctorate in Computer Science (2020) from MNNIT Allahabad. He is the recipient QIP fellowship from AICTE Government of India for pursuing Ph.D from 2014 to 2017. His primary research interest is in the field of mobile networks and software-defined networks (SDN) presently he is working on mobility issues to be solved by SDN paradigm. Apart from teaching and research, he is actively involved in various activities like wardenship, admission committee etc.
