Dr. Jitendra Kumar is Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies at SMIT.

He is:

• Chairman Institute of Survey Committee for Fixed Asset Utilization Report
• External Evaluator of Sikkim University (Central University)
• External Examiner for MBA project at Gaddu Management College, Bhutan
• Department Training and Placement officer since 2011.
• Member of various Institute and University Committee such as Mess Rate Fixation, Hostel Management, Central Purchase, Interview panel and Disciplinary.  
• Worked as General Secretary for Staff Club (Teaching), Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology for the period of two years (2013-15)
