9. Conducted a session as resource person on the topic ‘Teaching Learning Process:

A Psychological Perspective and Program Coordinator in 5 Days FDP on Andragogy Philosophy and Techniques  from 12th Dec-16th Dec, 2022 organized by the Centre for Capacity Building SMIT.

10. Keynote speaker and Chaired a session in International Conference on "Emerging Need to Strengthen Global Public Health Policies & Sports Sciences” held from February 25-27, 2023 in SMU

1.     Conducted 10 sessions as an invited speaker at Student Induction Program from 10 Oct-22 Oct. 2022 in SMIT.

2.     Prepared PhD entrance exams in Psychology w.e.f. 2022-23 in SMU.

3.     Introduced new program B.A. (Hons) Psychology w.e.f. academic year Aug 2022-23 as per NEP 2020 in DHSS Sikkim Manipal University.

4.     Introduced Psychology as minor in DHSS w.e.f. Academic year 2022-23.

5.     Introduced B.Sc. Clinical Psychology program as per NEP 2020, w.e.f. Academic year 2023-24.

6.     Has been counselling students with their mental health issues in SMIT on regular basis.

7.     Introduced General Psychology as Inter-disciplinary minor in SMIT w.e.f. Academic year 2023-24.

8.     Conducted poster making competition during Mental Health Week in Oct 22 as part of student mental health activities.

9.     Core Member of faculty and staff Capacity Building Team SMIT.
