Dr. Krishna Vijay Kumar Singh is an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in the Department of Computer Applications at SMIT. He earned his M.Tech in Computer Science in 2011 from SMIT, Majitar, East Sikkim, and completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2020 at MNNIT Allahabad. Dr. Singh was awarded the QIP fellowship from AICTE, Government of India, for his doctoral studies from 2014 to 2017. His research primarily focuses on mobile networks and software-defined networks (SDN), with a current emphasis on addressing mobility issues using the SDN paradigm. In addition to his teaching and research responsibilities, Dr. Singh is actively involved in various roles, including serving on the Information Technology services, Training & Placement and as a hostel warden.
