NANO MATERIALS PROCESSING LABORATORY

The lab is partially equipped to offer UG, PG and research studies in the area of nano materials characterisation.

  • Hot Wire CVD
  • APCVD
  • High Temperature Furnace
  • DC Sputter Coating Unit
