The Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) organized a Pre-Christmas Celebration on 24th December 2025 at 9:30 AM in the Conference Hall. Faculty members and staff of CDOE participated enthusiastically in the event.
The Deputy Director, CDOE, welcomed the gathering and extended warm greetings to all present for the upcoming Christmas and New Year 2026.
A key highlight of the event was the recognition of Mr. Amodh Adhikari, an online student of CDOE (MBA Batch 3, Semester 3), who secured the Second Prize in the SMU Video Making Competition and won a cash prize of ₹30,000. Competing against 11 participants, Mr. Adhikari and his team stood out by fulfilling all the competition criteria with excellence. The winning video was screened during the event and was highly appreciated by everyone present.
The Deputy Director felicitated Mr. Adhikari with a Khada and encouraged him to continue contributing creatively to institutional activities. Mr. Adhikari expressed his gratitude to the management and faculty members for their constant encouragement and support.
The celebration concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony followed by hi-tea, marking a joyful and memorable occasion for the CDOE family.
