PROGRAM DETAILS

OVERVIEW

MSc Medical Physiology program at SMIMS, SMU, is a 3-year program which involves classroom teaching, self-study, seminars, research project (dissertation) and practical demonstration classes.
It has a foundation course of one year (semester 1 and 2) consisting of fundamentals of anatomy, physiology, biochemistry.
In the second year (semester 3 and 4), the students study Physiology, theory and practical.
In the third year (semester 5 and 6) they undertake self-study and dissertation work.

ELIGIBILITY

Candidate must have passed 3 years in any branch of Life Sciences i.e, Physiology, Zoology , Botany, Microbiology & Chemistry with minimum marks of 55% for General & 50% for SC, ST & OBC.
