These courses have been designed with an aim to train/teach the students so that they can compete for jobs in Govt/Banks/MNCs. They may also continue up to PhD in SMU.

Syllabus:
A candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream with 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC) marks in aggregate from recognized Board/ University.
Note: Candidates appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examinations are also eligible to apply.

It was indeed a great pleasure to be a part of Sikkim Manipal University, Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences and Liberal Arts. Grateful to be given an opportunity to reflect on our learning, to the achievements and the bond of love and respect shared by the students and teachers. I dive into nostalgia and relish the best days of my life.
The past two years in FHSSLA has given me tons of memories that will last a lifetime for me to look back with a big smile on my face. My heartfelt thanks goes to all my department teachers who have given me the motivation to explore myself and my abilities to do better in whichever way I pursue.
Blessed to be a part of FHSSLA, SMU It has taught me many lessons apart from books, I am so grateful to all my faculty members for being so encouraging, supportive and bringing out the best in me. The unforgettable memory of class, college, and campus in Manipal will always remain forever.
It gives me immense pleasure and pride to say that I am a part of FHSSLA, Sikkim Manipal Universit. It has provided me an opportunity of a lifetime to both learn as well as grow as a person.
