EVENT: CELEBRATION OF BHARATIYA BHASHA UTSAV
The Department of English, Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences and Liberal Arts (FHSSLA) celebrated Bharatiya Bhasha Utsav on 11th December 2023. A total of 53 students and the faculties participated in the event. The programme started with a welcome address by Dr. Madan Chhetri, Coordinator FHSSLA, highlighting the importance of the linguistic diversity and language harmony of the country. The event comprised of cultural performances like folk songs in different Indian languages, folk dances, folk tale narration and poetry recitation. Ms. Priyanka Sharma, Assistant Professor, SMFHSSLA was the MC of the event.
