DESCRIPTION
The Sports Council 2024 of Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology orchestrated an exhilarating spectacle with its 'Open Football Tournament 2024', which unfolded from the 7th to the 11th of February 2024.
From the onset, the tournament promised relentless action, with matches scheduled between 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM every evening, setting the stage for intense showdowns under the floodlights. In a grand display of skill and sportsmanship, the finals unfolded with Acchulay Brothers and Sakatar FC locking horns in an epic battle for supremacy. To ensure that the participants, volunteers, and esteemed faculty members remained energized and engaged throughout the event, refreshments were thoughtfully provided during the finals, adding to the camaraderie and spirit of the occasion.
