The event started at 10:15 AM with the inauguration of the FDP. Emcee introduced the FDP, followed by a welcome note by program coordinator Dr. Jyotika Sharma from Department of Psychology. Director, SMIT Dr. G. L. Sharma welcomed the resource person by offering Khada and memento on behalf of SMIT and spoke about the importance of the FDP.

The event started at 10:15 AM with the inauguration of the FDP. The emcee introduced the FDP, followed by a welcome note by program coordinator Dr. Jyotika Sharma from the Department of Psychology. The Director of SMIT, Dr. G. L. Sharma, welcomed the resource person by offering a Khada and memento on behalf of SMIT and spoke about the importance of the FDP.
The resource person, Dr. Meera Dahal, gave an interesting presentation on the topic about student issues with strategies to deal with them. The resource person engaged the participants with interactions.
The event ended with a vote of thanks by Dr. O.P. Singh, Head of the Centre for Faculty and Staff Development. The event was attended by 33 participants (attendance list attached).
