As part of the Bharat Blockchain Yatra (BBY) initiative, orchestrated by Information Data Systems (IDS), powered by Hedera, and supported by AICTE and APIARY BLOCKCHAIN COE, the 13th event was concluded at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Majhitar during 23rd-24th January 2024. The event brought together more than 190+ participants, including students, and faculty members. On 23rd of January 2024, Mr. Voruganti Aravind, the Convener of BBY and Global VP at IDS along with Mr. Sunil Subrahmanyam Yadavalli, the Global Head, Business Strategy and Partnerships at IDS addressed the enthusiastic and inquisitive students and highlighted the potential future of the Blockchain technology, career prospects in the field of Blockchain, etc. On 24th of January 2024, Mr. Voruganti Aravind, and Mr. Sunil Subrahmanyam Yadavalli, briefed about the aims, objectives of Bharat Blockchain Yatra by reinforcing India's influence in the global Blockchain landscape. The event was coocluded by signing of an MoU between IDS & Sikkim Maipal University and making SMU, officially a part of the Bharat Blockchain Network.
