Event: Training on Plagiarism & Ethical Consideration in Research

The training session on Plagiarism & Ethical Consideration in Research was successfully conducted on 27.02.2024  at FHSSLA Building and it was a highly enriching and insightful event organized by the Directorate of Research (DoR), Sikkim Manipal University. The objective of the session was to sensitize Post Graduate students (MA & MCom), PhD scholars and their Supervisors on various aspect of plagiarism and ethical consideration in research. The event featured an esteemed resource person, Dr Akash Kumar Bhoi, Adjunct Research Faculty, DOR SMU. The diverse audience contributed to a vibrant atmosphere, fostering engagement and interactive discussions.

Key Highlights:

• Dr Akash Kumar Bhoi delivered a captivating presentation that kept the audience (students) engaged throughout and the interactive sessions enhanced the overall learning experience.
• Q&A Session: A dedicated question and answer session allowed the participants to interact directly with the speaker. This facilitated a deeper understanding of the topic and provided clarification on specific points.
• Attendees expressed high satisfaction with the event, citing the relevance of the topic, the expertise of the speaker and the overall organization of the lecture session.
