On the 1st Alumni Meet "Déjà Vu" held on 23rd of April 2022, Sikkim Manipal College of Physiotherapy, under the Unnat Bharat Abhayan an initiative of the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India adopted the Upper Nandok Village, Saramsa GPU.

The Upper Nandok Panchayat Head, Mr. Umakant Niroula was felicitated by the Vice-Chancellor, SMU.
