A Mass Health Awareness Programme on First Aid Management

On 26th April 2019 the 2nd year B.Sc. Nursing students of SMCON, had organized a mass health awareness programme on "First Aid Management" at Upper Arithang , Gangtok. The students provided health education on First Aid management regarding fracture, chocking, sprain, burns, poisoning, and drowning. The students also demonstrated various first aid management techniques, bandaging, positioning and transfer of victims during fracture and burns. The programme was attended by the local leader, Anganwadi Worker and community people of Arithang.
