In charge of the Integrated Counseling and Testing Centers for HIV in the State of Sikkim. In Charge of State HIV Sentinel Surveillance since 1998 . Responsible for the State Reference laboratory for HIV Testing in the state. This includes conducting training, Surveys and providing diagnostic services. Responsible for the External quality Assurance Programme (EQUAS) in the State. Resource person in all trainings involving Doctors, Nurses NGOs, Counselors, laboratory technicians.
