PAN Card of the firm/proprietor

Drug License Certificate

Trade license from the municipal corporation.

Valid Dealership certificate from the Parent company

Bank A/C No., bankers with branch & address, along with  Cancelled cheque to be enclosed)

Income tax return for the last three years.

Annual turnover certificate/audited accounts from CA for last three years

Udyog Aadhar/MSME Registration certificate (if available)

Certificate for an adequate storage facility on firm’s letterhead duly notarized.

13

Certificate of the undertaking of supply at short notice.
