CRH has a mechanism for the resolution of complaints and grievances from patient and visitors.
All complaints whether major or minor will be received in written or verbal form at Office of MS, HO, PRO, Office of Operations and any Office in CRH / SMU or from Complaints/ Grievance / suggestion box located at:
- Emergency Dept. level 3
- Near Billing Counter Level 3
- Near Insurance Desk Level 3
- Near Office of Operations Level 3
CRH also has a mechanism for online feedback collection from its out door and indoor patients.
