It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you all to be a part of the 6th International Conference on Basic and Applied Physiology, on the theme "Environmental Physiology". Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, our schedule got delayed but here we are, with a new platform to share the knowledge of physiology from national as well as international faculties and participants via a VIRTUAL CONFERENCE, a first of its kind of the society, organized by Dept. of Physiology, Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences, Gangtok, under the aegis of ICONBAP society from 5th- 7th October, 2020 online on Microsoft Teams.
