REPORT OF MASS AWARENESS CAMP

• On 20^th June 2023 Sikkim Manipal College of Nursing participated in the collaborative health camp organized by Apollo Diagnostics, Sichey at Nar Bahadur Bhandari Government  College Tadong, The various aspects of the health camp were health assessment through various biochemical tests, dental health assessment  and mass sensitization through health education.

• As a part of mass sensitization program, the students of Sikkim Manipal College of Nursing performed a role play on “Human Trafficking” to create awareness and also to contribute towards combating human trafficking/ missing cases reports in Sikkim.

• The role play had the presence of 80 students and 15 faculty, staff of Nar Bahadur Bhandari Government College Tadong and the students of SMCON were guided and escorted by Ms. Pranita Sharma and Ms. Hemkala Dhakal Assistant Professors of Dept. Of Community Health Nursing SMCON

• The awareness program was well appreciated by the audience as well as the staff and faculty of NBBGC. The SMCON family expresses gratitude to Apollo diagnostic Sichey and Principal NBBGC, for the extensive support provided to carry out the mass awareness program.
