Medical M.Sc Counseling and Admission 2011
COUNSELLING AND ADMISSION -2011 FOR :
1. Medical M.Sc – Microbiology, Anatomy, Biochemistry and Physiology
Date: 20th August 2011, Venue : Admission Cell, New College Building, Level -2, SMIMS, 5th Mile, Tadong, Gangtok, East Sikkim, Time : 10 a.m to 12 noon.
· For Medical M.Sc Microbiology :Candidates must have passed a 3 years B.Sc course in any branch of life Science i.e. Physiology, Zoology, Botany, Microbiology and Chemistry. General category candidate must have secured minimum 55% and the reserved category (SC/ST) candidate must have secured 50% in aggregate, in life Science subjects in B.Sc.
*Note 1. : Literature, Computer & Environmental Science marks not included for compounding of marks.
All candidates are required to bring the following documents (all in original to be deposited) :
1. Marksheet of B. Sc (Part I,II & III)
2. Mark sheet of class XII (10+2)
3. Proof of age / date of birth (10th standard certificate/birth certificate)
4. School/ College Leaving certificate
5. Six copies of recent passport size photograph
6. Migration certificate
7. SC/ST/OBC candidate with less than 55% marks in B. Sc certificate of SC/ST/OBC from appropriate authority.
8. Demand Draft of Rs. 77,050/- in favour of Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences payable at Gangtok.
